How do you get Chip for your children if your already insured?

My husband is self employed. We buy our insurance for $1100 a month for the four of us. it includes no dental or vision. Work is slow and the money just isnt rolling in. My son needs about 6 grand worth of work done on his teeth, my dentist told me to get him on chip. So I called chip and the first guy said "oh you have insurance you can't apply", i called back later and another woman told me that I could apply and that i would need to set a date to cancel his health insurance and then chip would pick him up, so he wouldnt be uninsured at any point. well how do i go about doing this, with not even knowing that chip will accept us?

I need to explain to my dad why i got arrested yesterday?

Basically me and my friend went shopping yesterday, and he knew i didn't have enough money.. so as we got into Boots everything was going good i was buying all the things i could. And i started to try out makeup testers just to have a look, when my frend started putting every single one into his coat pocket and my shopping bag without me knowing. I suddenly realised when i opened my bag and had a massive bottle of St Tropez fake tan in there. At that point the police came along and had me cuffed. Then tehy rang my Dad and said it was me on the CCTV which was passing things ver to him. I went downstairs this morning and my Dad left me a note sayinng 'Don't go out want an explanation for yesterday.' He normally doesn't belive me when I tell him, what shall I do?! :(

It's a bit of a long story, but I'll try and keep it short as best as I can lol!!

Basically, I am friends with this girl who's parents don't work. They claim all sorts of benefits that they don't need, basically. They are more than capable to go to work.
My friend has two other siblings, and whilst they get spoilt rotten for their mother's accident payout money, they barely have any clothes, or barely any underwear (e.g, my friend only has one bra =/)
They have no necessities at all.
We also have suspicions that they are being mean to their dogs... Whenever I go round their house, I always see them quivering in the corner and they are shaking like hell. Whenever they do something "naughty" they supposedly get a tap on the nose... Which is a lie because I've actually seen them slap a dog round the face before and also screaming in it's face. How awful is that?! They don't deserve any pets the way they treat them!

I hate to use this word but... They're complete scroungers. The minute after one of their relatives died, guess what the mother did?? Go round to his house and ransack it of all the expensive and electrical goods before anyone else could lay their hands on them!!!

I just find it so unfair... They live in a beautiful council house, they get new phones EVERY SINGLE MONTH and they get literally everything for free. Whilst my mum has worked hard all her life to get to where we are now, and yet they get it all served up for them whilst they lay about on their @sses all day!!
It ain't just me and my whole family that thinks this though, it's their neighbours (because I've heard them gossiping) and even everyone at her school.

What should I do?? Everyone is fed up of this. My mum is thinking about reporting them but she hasn't done it for fear of being ridiculed as a grass. Please help, we are at our wits end of these benefit cheats!!!! Thanks for reading, sorry it was long. xx

I moved to BC to live with my best friend. i had not seen him in 6 yrs and rarely spoke however we were still best friends. he came back to my city, and came to see me, it was like we were never apart. He was the kind of person who would support anything youd do. I ended up moving to BC with him. we became super close again, we went out and he showed me Vancouver and the best times of my life. We started to sell weed so we wouldn't have to pay for it and things were great. we made money and the people we worked for loved us. one day they asked me to take weed to calgary on a bus and i agreed. the day i was leaving was a great day. me and my friend laughed and enjoyed our day together. i had to leave at 5am and was hanging out at our friends house. my best friend went to go get my luggage. he said he would be 15 mins and asked if i wanted to go with him. i said no. he never came back. the police found him on the street dead. the police did not believe me and i was apprehended.i was interrogated and told them everything, and was released. i had to borrow money from my mother to get a bus ticket home. when i returned to my home town. everybody blamed me for my friends death. i had people throw full beers at me from cars only to hit my gf in the head. she has left me due to it. all my friends that i used to have, abandoned me, they dont answer my calls. i gave my friends eulogy at his funeral, and his dad and his uncles cornered me outside and threatened me. his cousin saw me and tried to run me over with his car. he drove up on the curb and jumped off my bike to not get hit. ive called the cops on his family for threatening me. its to the point where i am afraid to go outside due to the way people interrogate me over and over. its been a little over a year and since then i have given up on society. i joined the navy so i could get away ASAP. i cant even walk to the store without people harassing me. i worked at a restaurant and his father showed up he travelled from b.c. just to harass me some more. no girls will even talk to me, no guys will let me walk down the street in peace. i have no friends. I am alone in this world, everyone either interrogates me or makes fun of me saying im crazy. sometimes i just want to disappear and never look back. when i do try to go out i get such bad anxiety i have had to deal with guilt that others have placed upon me. i am so sad. my family doesnt know how to help me. why cant i get over my best friends death. i feel like if i do make new friends i am scared to get close to them, losing a best friend is one of the hardest things i have ever had to deal with. his murder was a hit and run. everybody thinks i did it but i have people who were with me at my friends house.
